Nick Coleman, Founder & CEO, The Snaffling Pig Co.

Nick Coleman co-founded Medical Supermarket in 2010. Pitched as the Amazon for healthcare, the business delivers over 15,000 products to healthcare companies across the UK. In 2014, on the back of a bet he founded Snaffling Pig. Inspired by the food and drink category and seeing a gap in the market to innovate a traditional pub snack, he focussed on taking the humble pork scratching to places it’s never been before. He has appeared on Dragons’ Den, gaining investment from Nick Jenkins and in 2017 awarded Virgin’s Food Entrepreneur of the Year.
